The summer holidays are a tricky time to stay on track with your health and fitness goals – the kids, Pimms, BBQs and all-inclusive holidays, all set to scupper your good intentions.

This summer, to help you stay on track and keep you motivated over the summer break, I’m setting you a challenge…

6 Week Summer Holiday Challenge
Starts Monday 24th July

The principle is simple…I have put together a list of popular physical activities and you score points depending on how many of these activities you do. There are lots of opportunities to score points including plenty of bonus points. At the end of the 6 weeks, the person with the most points can have the rest of September at Hope Fitness for FREE.
