The principle is simple...I have put together a list of popular physical activities and you score points depending on how many of these activities you do. There are lots of opportunities to score points including plenty of bonus points. Each week I will publish a leaderboard to keep you motivated and accountable.

It's just for fun so you don't need to be a member of Hope Fitness to join in. Share with your friends and let's have a fun and fabulous summer break!
