Every single person can benefit from working with a personal trainer, it is truly an investment in your own health and well-being. A personal trainer helps you to not only develop your own personalised goals but also develop a realistic and achievable plan to attain these goals.

Each hour you spend with me is an hour to focus on you and only you! I will provide consistent feedback to help you better yourself and achieve your goals. Most importantly, I will do this without making you feel inadequate or judged.

So what happens next…

  • All prospective clients will complete a comprehensive lifestyle and nutrition questionnaire
  • We arrange an appointment to meet up, have a chat about your questionnaire answers and discuss your goals. I work with you in 4 week blocks so we can set manageable and achievable goals.
  • I can train you at your house, in the park, at work, wherever you choose. I will bring everything we need for the sessions.

One-to-One Personal Training

4 week bespoke training plans, including nutrition advice and home workouts

1 session per week – £120
2 sessions per week – £240

Group Personal Training

4 week bespoke training plans, including nutrition advice and home workouts, for a minimum of 4 people

1 session per week – from £50pp
2 sessions per week – from £100pp

Fitness Yoga Personal Training

8 week course – £320

Terms and Conditions

Payment Policy

Full payment is requested in advance of the first training session. If a block of sessions has been booked, sessions cannot be paid for per session and must be paid up front. Payments can be made via BACs, PayPal, cash or cheque.

If you live over 10 miles from IP5 2HH then you will be charged £0.40p per extra mile.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your booked session in order to avoid being charged for your session. Clients who do not cancel with 24 hours notice will be charged for the cancelled session. Any sessions cancelled with 24 hours notice or more will be rearranged for a suitable date.

School Holidays/Bank Holidays

No personal training sessions or consultations will be held on bank holidays unless previously agreed between the trainer and the client. It may be necessary to rearrange sessions during school holidays but you will be given a minimum of one week’s notice if this is the case.

“After completing the 12 week programme I felt much better within myself. Specifically it showed me that even if you only have ten minutes spare you can still work up a sweat and feel like you have had a good workout! Angela showed me how exercise can be fitted around your time and family, for example walking to the shops rather than just jumping in the car.
