Frequently Asked Questions…

Do I need to be fit? The workout will be hard but no, this is suitable for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. The trainer will continually assess your progress and push you according to your current fitness level.

What happens if there is bad weather? There’s no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate clothing. We go ahead whatever the weather, just be prepared.

Do the classes run through Winter? The classes run all year round so it is best to come prepared – layers of clothing, gloves, leg warmers and a waterproof jacket all make things a little more comfortable.

What if it’s dark in the early morning or evening? The classes will continue but locations with more light may be chosen. Your instructor will carry a torch and/or lanterns, and your safety is our primary concern.

What do I need to bring with me? A water bottle and a mat or towel. The trainer will bring a bag with them to keep keys and phones etc. but accepts no responsibility for any losses or breakages. Try to bring as few belongings with you as possible.

What do I need to wear? Sensible training shoes, some comfy clothing and layers for colder weather. We also advise that you have a lightweight rainproof coat.

I have no childcare, can I bring the child with me? This is up to you, but please remember this workout is for you and that the child is your responsibility.
