I am pleased to announce my new class coming soon MOUSERCISE!!

As most of you know, I have an IT background from a previous life and for some time I have been trying to come up with ways to combine both my IT skills and my fitness business. This is it!

So what is Mousercise exactly?

During my three years of teaching fitness yoga I have noticed that for most people their biggest weak spot is in their wrists. By using scientifically proven point and click drills with a computer “mouse” then we can train the wrists to become stronger, more flexible and help the joints become less painful under stress.

What are the benefits of a Mousercise class?

  • Decrease the risk of arthritis in later life
  • Improve dexterity and fine motor skills in both hands

What will the drills involved?

An example of the types of exercise you can expect to be doing can be found here…

The course will begin in May and will involve a weekly session to learn new drills and exercises to strengthen the wrists. With the addition of daily drills that can be completed at home.
