IMG_1867Here at Hope Fitness I take a holistic approach to your diet, aiming to educate you in healthy eating habits that you will be able to use for life, supporting your well-being and enabling you to maintain your ideal weight over the long term.

My philosophy is to eat ‘clean’, a nutritional approach that is to abundantly enjoy whole foods, foods as close to their natural state as you can get them. This means eating fresh fruits and vegetables, wholegrains and lean proteins instead of pre-packaged, processed foods or fast food.IMG_0952 Clean eating is also committed to replacing saturated fats with healthy fats. Trusting in good quality, healthy food and wherever possible using local, seasonal produce which tends to be fresher and tastier.
