Being accountable means you are required to justify the decisions that you make and over the years I have found this to be the most helpful methods of reaching your health and fitness goals. For 4 weeks you will be accountable to a small group of like-minded individuals for all your health and fitness decisions. Sharing your successes and failures and supporting others through theirs.
