Can I just turn up to class?

Yes you can. You can sign up for your free week trial and complete the health questionnaire online prior to your first class, to save time on the day. Book here for your trial.

What do I need to bring?

Just bring yourself and water. Limited mats are available for all classes but you may want to bring your own.

Do you train in all weather?

Yes! The outdoor classes run whatever the weather, you just need to dress accordingly.

Will I be able to keep up?

I will ensure that you are given options to suit your level of fitness.

Will it be too easy for me?

The classes can be challenging for any level of fitness. If you want to really push yourself let me know and I will make sure that you do!

Is everyone super fit?

My clients are predominantly female, aged somewhere between 16 and 60, and of all levels of fitness

Can I bring my baby/child?

Yes you can to all of the classes including Fitness Yoga. We are a child friendly group and do lots of work with pre and post-natal mums.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes you can providing that you appreciate that not all participants will be comfortable with your furry friend.
