Fitness Weekend Retreat

I am excited to announce the Hope Fitness Weekend Retreat 2018. An active weekend in absolutely stunning, luxury accommodation, providing the perfect balance of activity and relaxation.

Location

Sheepyard Barn, Hintlesham, Suffolk

Option of 2 or 3 night stay (no price difference)

At the Hope Fitness Weekend Retreat you will do plenty of activities including; cycling, swimming, Metafit, walking, yoga and circuits. But don’t be put off with all the activity. This is not a fit camp. All of the activity will be balanced out with plenty of rest and relaxation, in amazing surroundings and beautiful, modern accommodation.

The accommodation has a private fast lane swimming pool and hot tub and includes a small indoor space for fitness classes.

The weekend is completely bespoke. We will sit down on Friday evening and plan the weekend ahead, based on the group we have, how we are feeling and the inclement British weather.

Activity Ideas

You can be as active or not as you want to be but the idea of the weekend is to be guilt-free and relaxing. We will sit down on the Friday evening and decided what we want to do, depending on the weather and how we are all feeling.

Activities could include:

Cycling

Walking

Metafit (HIIT)

Yoga

Swiming

Circuits

Running

If you feel like taking it easy then maybe some swimming and walking will be for you. If you want to work a but harder then perhaps a run, followed by some yoga would be more for you. The choice is yours.

Prices

The total cost for this weekend is £270pp.
(This is regardless of whether you stay for 2 or 3 nights.)

A £50 deposit will be required on booking. This deposit will be refundable up to 8 weeks in advance provided that your space can be filled. Payments can be made in instalments but final balance will be required by Friday 3rd August 2018.

So How Do I Book?

Firstly contact angela@hopefitness.co.uk. You will then receive an email confirming your place. This will include a link to the booking form to be completed and also details about how to pay your deposit.

Places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. If all of the places have been allocated then you will be added to a waiting list.
