Vitamin D: The Facts

Autumn sunshine is one of my favourite things. The air is fresh, it makes you feel good and it means it’s not raining! We got lucky with the weather this week at Outdoor Fitness and got talking about the benefits of vitamin D. We all knew a little bit about it but none of us really knew the facts with any confidence.
