Beginners Bootcamp

NEW in September I am going to be running a “Beginners Bootcamp”, to complement the already up and running Outdoor Fitness Classes.

The bootcamp will be an intensive 6 x 1 hour sessions over a 2 week period, focusing on improving technique for the basic fundamental movements patterns (squat, lunge, push, pull, deadlift and core), building a base level of cardiovascular fitness and improving core strength.

My aims for this course are as follows:
  • To introduce and encourage new exercisers or those who have not exercised for a while, into a fitness regime with like-minded people and without pressure from established participants.
  • To build self esteem and confidence in those who may feel that they are no longer in the shape they should be, with the aim to introduce them to the main outdoor classes.
  • To teach perfect exercise technique – 1 perfect squat is better than 20 imperfect ones!
  • The groups will be a maximum of 5 so that I can give individuals the personal attention they require to achieve good results.
The sessions will be 1 hour long on the following dates:

Tuesday 16th/23rd September 7.00pm
Thursday 18th/25th September 7.30pm
Saturday 20th/27th September 7.30am

All of the sessions will be based outside on Grange Farm, Kesgrave but exact locations to be confirmed.

The cost of the bootcamp will be £60. Payment is required in advance of the bootcamp starting and confirms your place.
